Sales and Marketing Manager wanted in Cleveland, Ohio for growing Martial Arts Franchise. Looking for a driven, enthusiastic, creative individual to help lead our marketing and sales strategy. Looking for someone who wants to become part of our PMA family as we bring this Nationally recognized company and proven martial arts model to Cleveland, Ohio locations. Great Personality and People Skills a Must! Some martial arts coaching experience preferred but not mandatory, sales experience is a must. Experience with children or programming a huge plus!

Duties include:

Achieve New Student, Upgrade and Gross Revenue Goals

Execute Quarterly Advertising/Promotions for the studio/s

Schedule, Promote, Conduct in-school outreach and events

Member management via task list support

Facility Management

** May serve as an assistant instructor during high volume times

$38,000 to $44,000 Per Year Starting Salary with Bonus Incentives (total compensation opportunity ~ $60/70k)

This position is for 5 days a week (typically 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day but the schedule will be discussed at time of interview) located in Macedonia, Ohio, and includes Health Insurance. Must be comfortable working evenings; average schedule is 11am-7pm or 12-8pm.
